Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Services
Newish Technology Pvt. Ltd. provides technology services, financial facilitation platforms, software solutions, and integrations. Charges may apply for premium reports, consultancy, API access, or subscription-based services.
2. Service Fees
Fees paid for services including but not limited to:
- Software licensing and subscriptions
- Technology integrations
- API access
- Premium reports and consultancy services
are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or the application/request has been submitted to a partner institution, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Payment Transactions
Payments made through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on banks/payment providers
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate transactions due to technical errors, users must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
Upon verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of services by contacting our support team.
Cancellation requests will be processed based on service status and contractual terms. For subscription-based services, cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Services already delivered or consumed
- Loan or credit applications already submitted to partners
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Delays caused by third-party financial institutions
7. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism.
